Have you ever wondered why a lot of our fellow Filipino citizens are suffering from malnutrition? Have you seen some of them who are suffering from this kind of condition? Have you tried to approach them and asked them about their condition? Have you asked yourself if you did something for them to withstand their condition?

Malnutrition is considered as a very serious condition because it affects the well-being of the person who is suffering from this condition. its is a condition that needs to be anticipated. Luckily this month of July, we are celebrating the National Nutrition Month and this year's theme is, "Kalamidad Paghandaan: Gutom at Malnutrisyon Agapan". There are certain factors that affect malnutrition. one is not getting enough nutrients from the food we are eating. Nutrients are very important to our body, they're the ones who give us strength and energy to our body. without these we will experience different sickness. Another factor is poverty. The lack of money affects the way some of us eat. Nowadays, some of the prizes of the things we buy arose. Another is our changing climate. as we all know the changing of our climate has a very big impact. The changing of our climate cause different calamities. and with this many of our food sources are being deprived.
We must all work together in order to diminish the percentage of malnourished children. we must all be one and take part of facing this kind of condition. we must always be on the alert so that we can manage ourselves when certain calamities hit us. As the saying goes, "Kung anuman ang problema mo yun ay problema ko rin." We must all be one in preventing this kind of condition.
