Reflection

ICT for me is a very interesting subject because it tackles about the modern technologies we are now using. It is all about how, when, why this certain technologies were created. ICT is not just about making PowerPoint presentations, making summaries about a certain story and posting it, but it’s all about the thrill and excitement you feel whenever you get to try new things in this class.

During the First Grading Period, I have learned a lot of things. First is that I discovered how a blog works and how we can use it in our daily living, especially for us students. I also learned about time managing. Nowadays, time is now limited. Everything you do there is always a certain span of time. You need to manage your time well so that you will avoid the chances of having certain problems. Third, I discovered what the true meaning of exploring means. Exploring is not just by seeing things that are unusual to us but it is about looking deeper into that certain thing. It’s like when you’re having a hard time finishing a certain task and then someone will come and help you. but you were too distracted about finishing that task that you forgot to thank that person who helped you go deeper within that exploration.

The problems I have encountered were not having enough time in posting the different blogs that were intended for us to post that day. Another is having a hard time finishing the scavenger hunt. Another is that when I was absent for about two days and I can’t even barely catch up with the lessons. I was missing some notes about the topic. And when I came back I had a hard time copping up because the lesson I reached was so far away from the lesson I stopped in.

I directly asked help from my friends and told them to discuss to me what I missed and asked them if I could borrow one notebook and they did lend me one. That night I hurriedly read the notes and made a self-study. I also found time to post the different activities when I was free.

Moving on, I will try my very best to bring out what is still inside me. I will try to manage my time very well. I will try to relate what I’ve learned from the lessons to my everyday living. I will also find a way to share the informations I have gained to the other students of our school and even to the children in my community.
